A letter from Mrs Tippett
Dear parent/carers and children,
As the Autumn Term draws to a close, I would like to share a few final words with you. I know that since I became Head of School in February of this year, the words ‘unprecedented times’ have been written a lot in my letters to you. As a consequence of these unprecedented times, I have not had the usual opportunities to meet and greet you at performances, celebration assemblies, parents evenings and other school events. Also, due to the preservations of ‘bubbles’, I have not been able to go into classes and take part in the lessons with the children as much as I would have liked. However, the moments I have had with your children have been delightful and I am proud of being part of the Sigglesthorne family. I have enjoyed working with all the immensely dedicated Sigglesthorne staff and I am sure that Mrs Marsden will enjoy being part of the team as much as I have.
I would like to thank you once again for the support and understanding you have shown the school whilst I have been in role. Let’s hope that 2021 is a more normal year for us all!
I wish you all a heartfelt Happy Christmas and a fabulous New Year!
Kind regards,
Victoria Tippett
